The coated canvas is easy to cause thin and middle thickness on both sides of the rubber layer, and even to crush the edge of the cloth, so it is necessary to improve the toughness of the rollers; the best choice is alloy solid rollers; but if the quality of the rubber layer is too poor, it will stick. Feeding rollers, so that knife hanging can be selected, so the plastic coating machine should have two coat heads, that is, roll coating + knife coating.


If you do not want to change the equipment, you must reduce the viscosity of the material. Physical viscosity reducer or chemical viscosity reducer can be added. Chemical viscosity reducer is limited in reducing viscosity. If reducing viscosity is large, physical viscosity reducer should be used, but this will increase production cost.


Therefore, the best equipment modification will be of great benefit to future production and operation, and also can reduce the pollution of waste gas to the environment. Therefore, when purchasing the equipment of plastic coating machine, we should pay attention to the quality of the equipment, not only the appearance of the equipment, but also the inherent quality of the equipment itself. Otherwise, the production cost will be high and the survival will not be possible.
