Rainproof awning products are widely used in many industries, especially when the rainy season is approaching, there will be a large number of orders for this kind of products. So in the process of transportation and delivery, we need to pay more attention to the products, so how can we ensure the correct and smooth delivery of products?

The precautions for transportation of rain-proof awning products are as follows:

1. When checking any abnormalities, the consignee shall unload the truck together with the special line freight forwarder. When unloading the truck, he shall stop cutting and damaging the tarpaulin and rope. If he finds that the tarpaulin is lost, damaged, and lacks waist and side rope due to the duty of the consignee, he shall deal with it according to the "Disposal Method for Damage and Disposal of Railway tarpaulin".

2. Before using tarpaulins, the quality should be checked one by one. When using railway tarpaulin, the number of tarpaulin should be written in the column of "Railway Truck tarpaulin Number" of goods waybill. When using self-contained tarpaulin, the sign of "X" should be marked in the column of "Railway Truck tarpaulin Number" of goods waybill, and whether the shipper should indicate "self-contained tarpaulin * sheet" and number in the column of "Shipper Records" of goods waybill.

3. Return of tarpaulin for unloading on special lines and railways: After unloading, the consignee sends the tarpaulin to the station tarpaulin room in accordance with the regular arrangement (cleaning and folding) within two days according to the "pick-up sheet for truck tarpaulins" filled out by the freight forwarders on special lines. When the consignee fails to deliver the tarpaulin on the regular date, the extension fee for tarpaulin should be checked in accordance with the rules, and calculated in less than one day.
