1. Return of dump canvas by special line and special railway: After unloading, the consignee will send the canvas to the station canvas room in accordance with the rules (cleaning and folding) within two days according to the "truck canvas handover form" filled out by the freight forwarder of the special line. When the consignee fails to deliver the canvas on the regular date, the extension fee of the canvas shall be checked in accordance with the rules, and calculated in less than one day.

2. When checking for any abnormality, the consignee shall unload the truck together with the special-purpose line freight forwarder.

3. Stop cutting and damaging the canvas and rope. If it is found that the canvas is discarded and damaged due to the consignee's duty, and there is a lack of waist and side rope, it shall be handled according to the "Disposal Method for Damage and Disposal of Railway Canvas".

4. The quality should be checked one by one before using the cloth at the departure station. When using railway tarpaulin, the number of tarpaulin should be written in the column of "Railway Truck tarpaulin number" in the cargo waybill; when using self-contained tarpaulin, the symbol of *"should be marked in the column of"Railway Truck tarpaulin number"in the cargo waybill, and whether the shipper should indicate"self-contained tarpaulin * sheet"and number in the column of"Shipper Records"in the cargo waybill.

5. Railway canvas is used for special line and special railway loading: special line and special railway freight forwarders fill in "truck canvas handover form" (in duplicate) and the shipper collects the "truck canvas handover form" (annex 6) from the station on the basis of the special line freight forwarders. And check one by one (cloth body is intact, no damage, eye rim is intact, marking, number is intact and clear. The rope is complete, intact, connectionless, strong, and accurately connected with the canvas. Check the number. After checking correctly, the shipper fills in the "pick-up sheet of truck canvas" with the number of canvas and the corresponding number of canvas.
